Jose "Pepin" Garcia is making quite the name for himself. The man behind the tiny El Rey de Los Habanos factory in Miami's Little Havana makes the highly rated Tatuaje and Padilla Miami 8 & a11 cigars. He also produces a brand of his own, called Don Pepin Garcia, which we're rating here for the first time. Like his other cigars, these are absolutely gorgeous smokes, made with dark, oily Nicaraguan wrapper and gutsy Nicaraguan filler and binder. They scored quite well.
