Since 1998, the H2000 line of the Montecristo cigars are intended to be a more powerful cigar that uses a Nicaraguan grown Habana 2000 wrapper.

The Montecristo H2000 Kilimanjaro is a good looking, dark, big and strong cigar.
Although its looks are tempting you should be careful, it has a sour and bitter flavor. Furthermore does the Kilimanjaro have draw and burn problems (have a good lighter next to you).
The smoke has hints of paper, nuts and bread dough. Some people also reported hints of vanilla, grass and wood.

The Montecristo H2000 Fancytales is an elegant figurado with a pointed foot.
It is strong, sweet and earthy. The finish is a little rough and dry.

Corona Gorda, that's the size and Montecristo H2000 Magnum, is the name. This cigar has fine-looking color, but the wrapper is brittle. It is earthy, spicy and has hints of espresso coffee and a hot, spicy top note. A few also mentioned cedar taste.
We believe that age will improve the cigar.
